ShanRae Hawkins
Founder & Owner, StingRay Communications

With more than 20 years of experience in public involvement, marketing communications, public relations, branding, crisis communications, and event planning, ShanRae Hawkins leads StingRay Communications in creating strategies that translate into client success. Her work crosses national and international boundaries, providing strategic communications counsel to government agencies and officials, business leaders, nonprofit professionals, and private individuals. In addition to being an accomplished marketer, ShanRae conducts company retreats and leadership workshops to teach others how to get the most out of their brands.

ShanRae’s passions are numerous: she loves riding horses, hiking, mountain biking, competing in triathlons, being a 4-H leader, and exploring every inch of the Pacific Northwest. Her greatest passion is raising her two young boys alongside her husband on their seven-acre farm in Central Oregon.

Stacy Ennis

Stacy Ennis is a best-selling author, creative consultant, and speaker, as well as the cofounder of Next Level Women Leaders, a leadership training company. She served as long-time ghostwriter for a Nobel Prize winner in medicine and executive editor of Sam’s Club’s Healthy Living Made Simple, a publication that reaches around 11 million readers. Stacy’s latest coauthored book is Growing Influence (Greenleaf Book Group, 2018); her TEDx talk, “How to raise brave kids,” has been viewed thousands of times around the world. She lives in Portugal with her husband and two children.
