The Idaho Pharmacy Leadership Council (IPLC) represents a joint body comprised of representatives from the professional organizations, regulatory agency, and the College of Pharmacy within the State of Idaho that have the common goal of working towards advancement of the profession of pharmacy. The IPLC meets at least quarterly.
Mission
The mission of the IPLC is to facilitate communication, discussion, and collaboration of ideas relating to advancing the profession of pharmacy while promoting the health and welfare of the public.
Charter Members
Representatives from each of the following organizations serve as IPLC members:
Idaho Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ISHP)
Idaho State Pharmacy Association (ISPA)
Idaho State University College of Pharmacy (ISU COP)
Idaho Board of Pharmacy (BOP)
New Membership Criteria
Any Idaho pharmacy professional organization whose organizational structure, mission, and purpose are to represent Idaho pharmacy professionals and improve the standards of pharmacy practice in Idaho may be considered for IPLC membership. To be considered for membership, the organization must actively engage in two meetings as a guest and then be approved by the charter members.
