January I-LEAD Seminar
This Thursday, January 9th, we will be having the January Seminar which will be broken out into two sections.
SECTION ONE -- Book discussion:
This will be our first group discussion of Radical Candor by Kim Scott. We will be covering the Intro and Chapters 1 & 2.
SECTION TWO -- Employee Engagement & Recognition:
Following the book discussion we will jump into a discussion about fostering employee engagement and setting expectations.
