  - Lunch sponsor at one conference with opportunity to address attendees for five minutes during lunch
  - Sponsor logo signage throughout conference area, advertising in conference materials, and advertising on event webpage
  - One 15-minute Zoom meeting with the Board of Directors to talk about your company and/or products
  - Advertising in quarterly newsletter, on website, and in e-mail blasts
• Add-On Sponsorship: Break Sponsor – $500.00
  Must be corporate member or exhibitor to add-on this sponsorship.

• Fall Meeting Breakfast Sponsor & Exhibitor – $4,500.00
  Benefits: Table in exhibitor hall with two booth representatives. Extra booth reps are $100 each. / Breakfast sponsor at a meeting with opportunity to provide a 30-minute, non-CE talk for attendees during breakfast on Saturday morning. / Opportunity to place your materials on tables during breakfast.
• Fall Meeting Exhibitor – $2,000.00
  Benefits include one table in the exhibitor hall along with two booth representatives. Extra booth representatives are $100 each.
• Fall Meeting Lanyard Sponsor & Exhibitor – $4,000.00
  Benefits: One exhibitor table at ISHP Fall Meeting with two booth representatives. Extra booth reps are $100 each. / Opportunity to place company logo on meeting lanyards for one meeting.
• Fall Meeting Lunch Sponsor & Exhibitor – $3,500.00
