You are hereby invited to display your wares, recruit for positions, or to help support ISHP and the profession of pharmacy by purchasing space for an exhibit booth, and providing other financial support at the ISHP Annual Fall Meeting on September 26-28, 2008 in Sun Valley, Idaho.

ISHP has held its annual meeting in Sun Valley for 50 years, and has a long tradition of excellent continuing education programs.  ISHP is the only pharmacy association in Idaho that is an ACPE-accredited provider of pharmacy continuing education.

This long tradition of excellence results in an average attendance of more than 200 paid registrants and 30-50 students from the ISU College of Pharmacy. While most attendees are hospital or health-system-based pharmacists, there are many community pharmacists and technicians as well.

The continuing education programming this year is titled "AA, ECOG, PCR, TNF & WCC - The ABCs of Infectious Disease and Oncology."   The entire program will include 14 hours of ACPE accredited continuing pharmacy education over the course of the three day meeting.  Speakers And Topics will include:

In addition to exhibiting, some companies may also want to directly host and sponsor a breakfast or dinner CE program.  Many attendees will appreciate the opportunity to get some additional continuing education.  ISHP does not schedule activities on Saturday evening to give you this opportunity.  ISHP does not co-sponsor these dinner meetings, but we can provide a list of these programs in the meeting registration form so that the attendees can chose to attend.  We can then send you a list of attendees who sign-up for your program online.

If you want to host  a separate breakfast or dinner CE program (i.e. Sat PM), you must provide the information to ISHP by July 20, so that we can get it on the registration form for online registrations starting July 25.   The necessary information is: Topic, Speaker, Sponsor, Location, and Attendance Capacity/Limits.  You will be responsible to arrange the location of your dinner meeting, but our Executive Director may be able to help some.

The ISHP Fall Meeting offers many other opportunities for  sponsorship, including unrestricted grants, meeting speakers, receptions, meals or breaks,  A-V costs, the Past President’s breakfast, or even a Technician speaker.  Many of these sponsorships include a free or upgraded exhibit booth.  Please consider these if you are able to do so.
