YOU ARE HEREBY INVITED to display your wares and information, recruit for positions or customers, and to help support ISHP and the profession of pharmacy by purchasing exhibit space and providing other needed financial support at the ISHP Spring Meeting on April 17-18, 2010 at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho.

ISHP has a long tradition of excellent continuing education programs, and is the only pharmacy association in Idaho that is an ACPE-accredited provider of pharmacy continuing education.

The average attendance at the Spring Meeting is about 120 pharmacists plus a dozen or two technicians and students. Pharmacists and technicians come from from hospital and health systems, as well as retail-community sites.

Exhibits are well received and meeting attendees are generally attentive and appreciative of the exhibitors.  ISHP also provides generous break time (15 minutes) between sessions to give attendees plenty of time to visit the exhibits.

The pharmacist continuing education program this year is titled "Sports Medicine and Pain Management."  A two-day program for technicians will be offered as well.

The pharmacist program includes 11 hours of ACPE-accredited continuing pharmacy education over the two-day meeting. For a complete schedule with speakers and topics, please visit our website at www.ishp.shuttlepod.org.

The exhibition area on the 5th floor of the Anderson Center and will be open for set up at 7 am on Saturday, April 17.  All exhibits must be removed by Sunday, April 18 by 4:00 PM.

Space is limited in the exhibit hall, reservations are on a first come-first served basis.  The registration deadline is April 17, but we are limited to 10 exhibit tables and we expect reservations to fill quickly.

A single-table exhibit/display booth will cost $500 for exhibitors. A double-table exhibit/display booth will cost $750 Please note that you can  get a discount you commit to BOTH the Spring and Fall conferences; see registration form.)  

The ISHP Spring Meeting registration form also offers several other opportunities for sponsorship, including program grants, meals or breaks, A-V costs, sponsoring students, or underwriting a speaker. 

The easiest way to register is online with a credit card. Choose “ISHP Spring Meeting Exhibitors and Sponsors Registration,” then click “Register” and proceed to check-out. You must use the online registration if you pay by credit card. If you need to mail a check, register online, click manual payment, and mail in your check. You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon online payment or deposit of checks sent in the mail.

All exhibitors and sponsors will be gratefully acknowledged and thanked throughout the program, in the printed materials (if you register before the April 10), and on our website and in the newsletter.
