Application Page for the 2022-2023

I-LEAD Leadership Certificate Program

The Idaho Pharmacy Leadership Certificate Program, I-LEAD, is now currently accepting applications for the 2022 - 2023 year. We have openings for both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, however space is limited. Preference will be given to those that submit complete applications by the June 24th deadline.

Who Should Apply?

We encourage anyone practicing in hospital, health system or community pharmacy to consider applying for this free certificate program. The current cohort (class of 2022) has Eight Fellows, five pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians that currently practice in a variety of settings (hospital, clinic, community and retail pharmacy) from across Idaho.

I-LEAD's Commitment to Diversity

The I-LEAD program is stronger with diversity of fellows, no matter your background or education experience. Also, please consider applying regardless of your current practice site. It doesn't where you live in Idaho, and/or your past involvement in ISHP, or other professional organizations. The program was built to develop leaders. The assignments and projects you complete will not only strengthen ISHP and improve pharmacy practice across Idaho, but also provide value to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working the frontlines of healthcare in our communities.

Making Connections That Last a Lifetime

This is an exciting opportunity to learn from and get to know fellow colleagues from across Idaho in a fun and dynamic format. We encourage both ISHP members and non-members to apply! Please note, those accepted to the program will need to become full members of ISHP for the 2022-2023 year.
